Gan Sui the Sous Chef
She turned up pregnant and homeless when her incompatible granny cow kicked her out (note: incompatible with gan cao). At first she ended up on the streets, but once she decided to pick herself up out of the gutter and stop using expensive illegal nose spray, she became a fabulous sous-chef. When granny cow saw Gan Sui's daughter the following summer she had eyes tired from crying.
